Frequently asked questions: 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our products are all handmade with love and care, which means extra detail is paid to each and every order item. Because of this, orders should be expected no more than 14 business days from time of placement. Usually, orders are delivered sooner than this, but just to make sure we have time, we guarantee within 14 days, even if it may only be 4.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE?
When we ship an order, we always provide a USPS tracking number so you can follow your order's journey from our Creation Station to your home.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND?
We accept returns no more than 30 days after date of purchase. All items must be returned at the expense of the client, and must be returned unused. At that time, a full refund will be given. 
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM BREAKS OR ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Should your Chewelry Item*  break within one month of purchase, we will replace it for no cost to you, or a credit will be returned. If the client chooses to get a refund, the pieces of the item must be returned at the cost of the client. If they choose to have a replacement, no cost will be due. 
*If your Pressure Pal becomes damaged, you can submit a claim via email and we can assist you further to determine what route should be taken.
CAN I MAKE A CUSTOM ORDER?
We accept custom orders on all of our products. Our chewelry can be customized with letters or specific colored beads. Our communicators can be customized with words and photos of your choice. Our Pressure Pals can be made with more or less weight upon request, and the client will pay the difference in price per pound of weight.
DO I HAVE TO HAVE SENSORY NEEDS TO USE YOUR PRODUCTS?
Although we were created with Sensory Sensitivities in mind, any one can find use and comfort in our items.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS JUST FOR  AUTISTIC CHILDREN?
We cater to all age ranges from 0 to 100. You do not have to be a child or on the spectrum to enjoy our products.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY CHEWELRY IS TOO LARGE?
Should your necklace or bracelet be too big, you can either ship it back to us at your cost and we will make it smaller. OR, you can follow the steps below to fix it yourself:
1. Separate the clasp and slide it through until you see the knot.
2. Untie or cut the knot 
3. With the clasp still on the string, retie the knot where you want it.
4. Cut off excess string
