The Regulation Station promises that our items are specially made and extra care is taken with each and every item. We put our whole heart into each order, and satisfaction should be expected. We promise to treat all of our clients with love and respect, regardless of race, gender, religion, ethnicity, disability, or cultural differences. We promise to stand up for what is right regarding our business and clients, and to provide support in whatever way we can. That being said, there are a few policies and procedures that we like to outline to make sure that we are all working toward the best cause.
Purchase Agreement
When you purchase from us, you are agreeing to regularly inspect your items for wear and tear, so that your items are always safe for use. You are agreeing to inspect your items upon arrival before first use so that they are ready to meet your needs. You are agreeing that should any item become defective or arrive damaged that you will not continue use and that you will not hold us accountable should anything happen if you continue use with a defective item. You are agreeing not to resell our items for profit or claim them as your own handiwork. Our items may only be resold for more than our retail price if you have a wholesale account with us. Let us know if something is wrong, and we will make it right.
Service Policy
Even though we promise to be respectful to all people who choose to use our shop, we do reserve the right to refuse service, payment, and business to anyone we deem fit. Those who would fit this criteria would be people who commit the following; Harassment of any nature to our staff or other clients, Hate speech about those with special needs of any kind, Purchase fraud, Brand Slander, Falsified Brand Claiming or previous issue regarding purchase agreement above.
Return Policy
When a client wishes to return an item, they must first submit a claim with reasoning via email or message to The Regulation Station. The return must be approved by a crew member, and must meet the criteria as follows: arrived damaged, became damaged within 30 days of purchase, unsatisfied with product quality, OR wish to further customize the order. Returned items must be shipped back to The Regulation Station at the cost of the client, unless otherwise arranged with a crew member. Refunds will be given when item is returned, only within the return period. Refunds may not be given if reason for return is not at the liability of The Regulation Station. Refunds may be denied for the following reasons; client did not return item, client missed the 30 day return period, evidence that client misused items that resulted in a malfunction, OR a client has already received a replacement item.
Confidentiality Clause
The Regulation Station will not sell or provide any of your information to anyone for any reason. Your payment information is not seen by anyone personally working for our brand. It is our goal not only to provide you with tools you can use to regulate, but also to be a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, and a friend when needed- to be a brand you can trust. Any personal information will be kept confidential, and no one will use your information unless permission is received. This excludes any public reviews left on any page of ours, along with any photos connected to the reviews- with permission only.
